Whilst many of disciplines and techniques that apply to large commercial construction are equally important in private housing, we always bare in mind that will be a home that may remain unchanged for decades or centuries to come.
Our pedigree as a house builder ensures that we deliver buildings that work on an aesthetic level and function as a day-to-day living space.
More and more we are incorporating innovative environmental technologies that ensure the house will meet future legislation.
We are equally at home with complete new builds or extensive renovations to the highest level of finish.

CASE STUDY: Mint House, Headley, Surrey
CLIENT: Private Client
|
The project was to extend and undertake extensive refurbishment of Mint House on Headley Common, Surrey. We significantly increased the floor area of the property by adding 4 extensions to various elevations in a continuous and sympathetic manner to the original structure. New double glazed sash windows and patent glazed roof lights we installed throughout.
The project included an upgrade to the incoming mains supply, a total rewire and a new central heating system throughout. Virtually ever aspect of the interior was renovated or renewed, including new stairs, doors and timber floor throughout. All skirting and architraves were moulded to blend with existing.
We designed all structures through our in-house ‘Plan and Build’ service and dealt with all aspects of planning approval and building control. Working closely with the owner on a daily basis we ensured that this high specification project exceeded his expectations.
On the exterior we installed a substantial slab paving terraced patio leading to the stand-alone pool house containing pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The grounds were extensively landscaped and boundary and retaining walls were added.
An existing detached timber framed garage was converted into 2 self-contained home offices.
