Established in 1911 Soden Construction has grown organically and
through strategic acquisitions, into a Group with collectively
over two hundred years experience. Our shared resources give us
an unusual degree of cross fertilisation and help us to bring a
unique perspective to every project we undertake.
As a family run business, Soden Construction has successfully evolved
through the expansion of its specialist client base and committed
staff skills, knowledge and resources. The combined Group turnover
is over £10m.
Our latest project is Coloma Convent School in
Croydon. Work comprises the construction of a new
three storey building to form a new Design and
Technology Block. Additional works include alterations
to the old technology block and alterations to the
Grade 2 Listed building 'Shirley Court', including full
rewire and fire rating works.
