In 2003 the sole shareholder Stephen Holland attempted to take a step away from the business and hand over to new blood.

Unfortunately this failed and Stephen returned to the helm in 2006, as Managing Director.
|
|
This inevitably caused some regrouping and restructuring which meant downsizing to a manageable level.
|
|
This has now been achieved and the company is back trading profitably.
