Cyclical corporate refurbishment of branches at various prestigious London banks. Works included new counters; new ATM installations, customer care rooms, upgrade to electrical HVAC and data installations.



Natwest Training Centre, Woodstock, Oxford

Part of our overall £800K per annum Measured Term Contract for NatWest, this involved the internal refurbishment and improvements to Brassey Bar, Heythrop Park, the regional training Centre for NatWest Staff.



Halifax (Various Branches)

Part of a national programme to upgrade various branches following the change in status from a Building Society to a Bank. This involved façade works to include new shop front with corporate branding, new ATM installations, customer care rooms, and comfort cooling and structural alterations.

Extensive Redecoration programme as part of Measured Term Maintenance works thoughout the South East, involving the upgrading of the welfare facilities for staff. This incorporated new corporate fixtures and fittings and amtico floors.

Internal refurbishment to the Grade 2 listed building in Covent Garden. Works involved redecorations throughout including fibrous plaster repairs to cornices and mouldings, radiator casings, cat 2 lighting and sash window repairs.



Lloyds Pall Mall

Pall Mall is a distinguished Grade 11 Listed building, situated in the established business district of St James's. The office accommodation provided highly specified office space. We provided secure underground carparking, 2 passenger lifts, and internal staircases linking ground and mezzanine floors. High quality detailing was required throughout including marble, granite, brushed aluminium and hard woods.



Ebbgate House, 2 Swan Lane London EC4
Client: Barclays de Zoete Wedd
Architect: In house
Value: £650,000
Complete refurbishment of the 7th floor of Ebbgate House to co-ordinate the relocation in their City building, prior to their move to Canary Wharf. This was part of an overall 5 year Partnering agreement with the Client with an Annual Value of £1m per annum.
