Two blocks of flats with the following works undertaken: Strip and recover pitched roofs with new tiles, new fascias and gutters, removal of asbestos sofits, replacement UPVC windows, new aluminum doors and screens with door entry control system.

External fabric repairs and redecorations to 10 police stations including Brentwood, Richmond, Brixton, Streatham, Twickenham, Clapham, Balham and Tooting. All management and workforce had to undertake a rigorous vetting procedure for security approvals.
